Routhless behaviour from Airtel Customer Care People

On 29th March I have sent sms to get PORT from BSNL to AIRTEL. I got my UPC -- BX616614. On April 7th Mid night at12 my BSNL sim got dead. Morning I inserted new sim but I dint get services from that Airtel sim. I have waited till 8th evening still it has not activated. I have complained twice by calling from my another Airtel Nu-9945143523. Today 9th morning also I have called twice and complained but from your customer support telling unusal answers. I am facing lot of PROBLEMS by not activating my number-9482580444. Plz do the needful asap. I hope Airtel is the BEST network from all and you do the needfull asap.
