Deactivated connection after 4 days

I opted for MTS datacard MBLAZE 899 unlimited plan on 27/05. From the start date i am not getting promised 3.1 Mbps. I got on average of 140 Kbps speed. On Tuesday (31/05) i tried to connect the datacard. I got the error message as Server Not Responding. So i contacted the Customer Care, they informed me that my verfication was not completed, because of this they given only Rs.100/- as credit limit for one month, which i have used it for 3 days. If i want to continue the usage then i have pay Rs. 100/- more for one month.

So i contacted the Local Salse Executive Amrudhin contact number 9150062241 to get the details, but he is not even picking the call either. So i tried to contact the customer care, but they informed me that the service is not active. My MTS data card number 9150160444.

Can any one suggest me how to handle this situation. Did any one faced this sort of issues?
