I purchased a data card of MTS no. 8459860095. I changed my address after purchasing the data card. Company verified my address and found it incorrect. They disconnected my services. Customer care called me up to give new address proof which I provided to the company but the company has permanently disabled my data card and refuses to activate that. I unnnecessarily wasted 1 month roaming around their dealer, costomer care service and MTS store. After one month answer is that my data card can not be activated. This behaviour of MTS is beyond understanding and belief. These companies pressurise customers to lodge complaints in consumer courts.
