Attery heating on using internet on laptop

Hi, i purchased nokia c6 on dated 1/7 but after a day i found on using internet with data cable on laptop the battery become too hot, i contact it with nokia care sonepat they told me it is normal to battery become hot . please tell me the solution of problem can i have to change my phone from nokia care.
