ONLINE RECHARGE REFUND

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My account is linked to email id: [email protected]

through which I tried to recharge my TATA DOCOMO no which is 8097739797, which unfortunately was not happened as transaction was declined by my bank. I got message as in I will get that transaction reversed, but till now nothing has happened.

The website through which the transaction happened was: www.freecharge.in

I forwarded the same mail to the this company's customer care on 25th dec at [email protected], but till now I have not received any further communication/ acknowledgement.
