WRONG DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

Balance deduction for unused and unactivated services and features

Hello,

I am Deepak Jain from Kairana Dist Muzaffar Nagar (UP). I am using MTS CDMA Sim card in my mobile. From last few months I am facing problem of balance deduction for unused and not activated services. My mobile dont supports any other functionality other than messaging and calling. I called many times for details to customer care but they said that i actually talk from mobile and, though i hadnt done any talk from my mobile and lost my RS 96 balance that time. On 06.08.2011 and on 17.08.2011 again there was RS30 deduction from my balance, I tried customer care several times but my deducted amount not reversed and they did not give me details of call of Rs 96 /- which is deducted from my balance. Please help me I am fed up of this…
