I am chandresh khandelwal from indore and my landline no is 07314090100 request is that on this no i have plan of 499/-monthely including broadband unlimited, due to some reason i want to change plan in to 150/-monthely and apply it for on line request to disonnect broadband connection on 21/6.after my request from that day, till today the plan never changed in to 150/-monthely plan, in between i regulerly touch in with customer service excutive and other heigher authorities named mr purshottam birelly they always tell me that your request is in process and your plan defineatly changed in 150/-monthely rental.please note my compalins date and there no are given below;
