I have a mts mobile no 9153317154 in which i use a special power of Rs 28/- provided my MTS per month for calling UK /USA science last couple of days i am not able to be connected to UK I have lodge a comppain to the customer care vide complain no OCT 230884 DT 17 OCT AND THE FIRST COMPLAIN WAS LODGE ON 14 OCTOBER VIDE COMPLAIN NO OCT/188366 EVERY TIME THER ASSURE ME IT WILL BE RECTIFIED IN 8 WORKING HOURS . BUT TILL DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED
