Poor service for Nokia X2

Hi,

I bought Nokia X2 over 2 month ago and unable to connect internet. After 3 rounds of visiting the customer care at prime mall, irla, mumbai-49 and after waiting for a month I was finally able to access facebook.

I am still not able to access my gmail..reason given that there are no advanced gprs services activication. Message loading is problem as a reason i am unable to read sms.

The manager Poonam Sharma is giving me reasons not giving a proper solution..she is not willing to solve the issue..I am very unhappy with their service. I need to replace the handset. Please advise.
