i was recharge my cell in rechargeitnow.com site on 04-07

rs. 50/-.

Balance deducted in my Axis bank a/c of 50/- rs.

Transaction Date :- 04-07.

Tnasaction amount 50/-

Transaction mobile no. 9145491947.

Transaction Id. is :- 29671084.

Order id Is :- R60042604711.

I compalint about this matter both 1. MTS customer care

2. recharegeitnow.com

with Bank a/c statement.

I recive there reply i sort out your query about this matter.

we will contact to you in 10 days, in 24 hours.

when i call in mts customer care 9145155155 there exucutive some time put in hold & then reply me your query is under process. we will contact to you 4 hours & 24 hours.

so please i am very harresh this type of conjucted system in MTS mobile.

so please solve My Problem & Give me real judgement.

I belive in indian leagal process.
