SIM CARD SERVICE DEACTIVATED

Hello Everyone,

I am satish MTS Mobile service user. My MTS mobile service is deactivated from 28-01-11 at 9:30 am to still now. On 27-01 at 21:30 i got a messege from company to resubmit your document to enjoying continouly services otherwise your services will be deactivated. When i read this message i immidiately ring to the MTS CUSTOMER CARE at that time the customer care executive told me, this is reverification procedure thats why u have to resubmit your documents. But they never given me time for a day they immidiately deactivated my service from 28-01-11 to still now. I am very disappointed with this company. This is very pathetic service provider. They never care of customer of MTS. They avoid me regularly to resolve my complaint. I am disable without my cell because i am a automobile engineer many people contact me on this no. but this no. is out of service that's why they facing lot of problem they not contacting with me. Please take any prior action on this company.
