Sim card not activated

Dear Sir,

My MTS phone was lost on 20.04.12. i made complaint on 21.04.12 at MOTI NAGAR POLICE STATION AND then i deposited all the required documents with SHRI SAI COMMUNICATIONS and i got a duplicate sim card (OMH 899112111614322707 2 M01). from the same through local distributor (MR RAHUL- 9136068400).

I Contacted Mr VIKAS-T.M (7827001717) and CHANNEL MANAGER (9136006110) many times but still my sim card is not activated yet.

pls do the needful so that i get my sim activated.

in mid of july i received call from customer care person that a new sim will be delivered to your house but still i have not received the same.

No satisfactory action has been taken by the company till date.

Please provide me appropriate remedy.
