MTS Prepaid mobile
About unused charge

Dear sir,

I have a prepaid mobile services of MTS no. is 9136702997. From 5th March i am suffering form a problem that every month MTS deduct from my A/c Rs30 without Use any extra services. And call to customer care he/she told me sorry for inconvenience your amount will return in next 24 hour, but i am already waiting for the return. same action had done in April. than i had call to customer care on 4th may and ask that if any extra services add in my no. please deactivated it, than he told me that no any extra services is active on your MTS no. 9136702997.than i had recharge of Rs 150. but on 9th may MTS cut Rs 130 form my A/c. and call to customer care he told me that new song services is active on your no.so, Rs30 had deduct but he is not sure about Rs 100 deduction.and when i told to the representative, i got a massage of renewal of MTS voice Chat than, he disconnected the line again and again.

Please Help me.
