Wish to unsubscibe laughter cbub membership

Every month there is deduction of Rs. 20 on my postpaid BSNL mobile phone 9415231630 as membership of laughter club.

I wish to unsubscribe right from day one but the No. 1255535 never gets connected... always shows " NETWORK BUSY "

Please convey to them on my behalf so that I am saved from this wastful expenditure. I have never used this club service. They have befooled me as I simply clicked on their SMS once & got a message that I am registered.

PLEASE HELP ME.
