My self Nitin D. Kalbende is your valuable customer from last 5 years. I have taken around 10 postpaid connections to facilitate my business activities. All are divided in two groups (CUG Plans) from long time.
Group 1: 9370464425, 9370464426, 9371177830, 9371108979, 9370077832
Group 2: 9372347079, 9371177830, 9370077832, 9370077831, 9370077832, 9370077833, 9370077834, 9370077835
During two three months I was suspicious about billing process, To verify the same I have given requests for detail billing of 9372347079 for billing period of 14/03 to 13/04. After verification of details billing we find that bills included charges for group member’s local calling. As per your plan no charges applicable for the group calling (Intracircle), then why this has been included in billing? & why I should pay for faulty bills? I want to deduct all group call charges from my billing from the start of deactivation of CUG. Reliance must give corrected bills then only I will pay the bills.
I find this act of cheating; hence I want to verify calling details of all above mention numbers. Without calling verification I will not pay the bills of all above numbers. Reliance should provide me last two bills detail without any charges as earliest. Billing due date of few numbers is on 31/05. We will verify billing details & if found ok then we are ready to pay the bills. If required then I am ready the pay the bills with interest (Interest rate as per bank rate).
I am regular payer & paid bills on time. Whatever delay of payment is due to your act of cheating & we are no way responsible for delay. Hence no late payment charges should be taken from me.
If reliance wants to continue the services of all above numbers then they should provide me billing details of last two bills without any charges as earliest & phone services should not be discontinued. If this is not done then I will go for other services.
