I am using idea connection for more then 12 years. I was postpaid user earlier later on I shifted to post paid user' in the month of ocober 2010 I recieved a promotional call from the office that some scheme of free minutes is available on my number, the person concerned has not mentioned that it is idea to idea only so the message is not properly conveyed to me on saying yes a sum of rupees 97/ Has been deducted from my account, on repeated complaints the message conveyed that I was on mitakeand without any fault I suffered a loss of rupees 97/-.
Again in the month of march I received a message from idea that masti pack is being activated if u are not interested deactivate it on some number I DID the same as has been commanded to deactivate the pack. Yesterday that is on18 may I received again a promotional call from the office to get activated a package of some free minutes. I refused the same by saying that you people cheat and I don't want to go for same she told from my account that an amount of rs.94/- Has again been deducted for the masti pack which I never offered the company to activate, she told me lodge the complaint on 197 which is not available. Even though I tried to complain inspite of ringing helpline again and again no body is helping me. It is my hard earned money which is going waste.
Please reimburse my amount, let me know how can it be reimbursed
