NEGLIGENCE OF CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AT KOLKATA

I GAVE NOKIA 3120 FOR THIRD TIME WITH SAME COMPLAINT OF LOW BATERY BACKUP. BATTERY WAS GETTING EXHASTED WITHIN 2-3 HOURS EVEN IN SWITH OFF MODE. LATEST I HAND OVER THE SET TO NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AT GARIAHAT ON 03.10.2010 VIDE JOB SHEET NO. 265504886/101003/1 WITH TARGET DELIVERY DAT EON 03.10.2010. NOW EVEN AFTER VISITNG FOR 3 TIMES I AM NOT GETTING BACK MY SET AFTER NECESSARY REPAIR. ON TELEPHONE THEY INFORMED THAT THE SET MIGHT BY REDY IN 15-20 DAYS WITHOUT ANY FIRM ASSURANCE.

PLEASE HELP IN GETTING MY SET BACK DULY REPAIR URGENTLY.

HOPE AT LEAST YOU WILL HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.
