Phone display not working

Sir,

i like to mention that i have purchased a phone from you company, and its still in warranty. Today when i was browsing on my phone its display went blank after sometime, so i went to my nearest nokia care center "karangaar, srinagar" to repair it in warranty, but the official there told me we cant repair it in warranty, because it seems it has a physical damage, as there is not even a scratch on its display. If nokia is not able to repair my phone in warranty i`ll take help of consumer court...
