I bought a nokia x3 mobile from hotspot sector 18 noida centre but after 2 days of purchase when it got discharged i connected it to get it charged but it didnt get started, i called up the the outlet and told them my problem they told me to contact the nokia centre .i contacted them and submitted my cell and i've been told they will get it repaired or it will be replaced if it doesn't get repaired after 3 days.after 3 days when i contacted i've been told that the problem is not solved, there is some problem in software and it will be sent to head office and will take another 7 days, i contacted the dealer but he refused to replaced it .please help me out what should i do neither nokia care is doing anything to get it replaced neither the dealer...
