Unnecessery calls and servies given without asking the custome

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have got an Airtel connection having mobile number 9915665410. I got calls from the service provider that ask for accepting some unnecessary services like for knowing the missed calls, for news etc. All times, i receive any call, once i know its from Airtel i do cut it half way without listening what they say. However, instead of that they cut the charges and send an SMS that dear customer thanks for subscribing this service, you will be charged Rs 14 or so per month to know about your missed call numbers. Similarly about the News subscription, which i never did.

I request the authorities that please implement the Supreme Court order of 2008 in which it was said that they service provide companies will not call any customer for unnecessary services unless the customer would like to do so. It is highly disturbing to call a customer in office or in a meeting to disturb him/her unnecessarily. And then cut the amount for the services which the customer has never said or accepted for.

If Airtel needs money from customers they can ask directly rather than cheating them and disturbing them.

I thus request the Airtel authorities that please unsubscribe my all services excepting the ingoing and outgoing calls for which I am already paying. If is impossible for the company that there is no other option for the customers to throw the Airtel SIMCARDS and use the services of some other company which in fact provide better services and rates that Airtel. There will be a time when Airtel will go down in the numbers of customers if they continue to disturb the customers and cheat them. It is not about some rupees but it’s about disturbance and making someone to do or believe which she/he would not accept or believe.
