Dear Sir,
I am holding CUG connection No. 09650990302 of Airtel phone, being an executive of NTPC Ltd. Despite, my being very punctual in payment, my mo. connection was deactivated on 22.12.2009 when I was out of Delhi. The connection was restorted only next day on my complaint to the customer care number.
Now I am not told any reasons for deactivation and rather nodel officer is not lifting the mo. no. I had recieved one message before deactivation i.e. FO or IO.
This kind of act is highly disrespectful for a customer who has never defaulted and unbecoming of your stature. Therefore I request you to kindly look in the matter and take necessary steps under intimation to the undersigned.
