I had bought SIM cards from the One mobile counter of Big bazaar, at Jaya Nagar 9th block Bangalore, opp Bangalore central in second week of March. however, its been more than a month and even after repeated complaints and escalations the issue is not resolved. He even charged more than what the SIM was worth and not credited the amount yet. Every time you approach the store in-charge, just keeps lying that the machine is not working, i am a new person, the old person is not coming and keeps making false promises that it will be done in the next two days etc. Even contacting the One mobile corporate office has been of no use.
The irony is that even in today's modern world, it takes 2 months to recharge an amount.!
