I paid Rs 699 for 3G services on my iPhone. I made the payment from Aircel site using BillDesk. The amount was decucted from the credit card but no 3G service was provided. I am trying to call Aircel on 121 and 198 since 2 days but no one is picking the phone. Once or twice i was able to reach them but they put me on hold and then disconnected the call. I have made more than 50 calls to Aircel and not able to reach them.
This is really frustrating.
Aircel, i want my money back.
