After stopping my connection, He wiil give me Rs. 2000 bill And forcing me to give that bill

Sir,

I have taken Reliance Data card with GSM services two years ago after telling us Relinace member. I will use that connection up to 8 month. Up to that 8 month I will pay all my bills. After that I will decided to stop that card. So that I will not use Data Card up to 2 months becuase member told me if you are not use connection for 30 days we will stop your services and close your connection. After 2 months arrive me bill of Rs. 2200. After that I will go in Relinceada.com my account and making chatting with online for to disconnect my connection, then he told me "you have require to clear your bills, Then I will told him I have not use your connection up to 2 months ago then and your member also tell me connection will be stopped automatically after 30 days then which type of bill you give me". After that some days go, then arrive me their legal office phone "if you not giving bill then I will make complaints on you in Pune court." I cant understand "I will take connection in kolhapur then why Reliance make a compalints on me in Pune". For to avoid further disturbance I will ready to give their bill. After giving their bill I will write a connection close form and give in their Kolhapur office. That office member take that form and place on their table and tell me "I will disconnect your connection, so dont worry you may now go". I have not known at that time, the company will give connection stop ID and I have not also tell me that office member about that. I will like my connection is stopped.

But after going 6 months I have arrive the another bill of Rs. 1980. After that I will go in Kolhapur office but that office is closed then I will go in another office and tell him my problem. He will take my last bill and xerox of bill of Rs.1980. And he will tell me "You have not require to give that total amount, if you require to pay some payment then I will call you". I will give him my mobile number, But that lady dont make any call about that bill. In between that days arrive me the legal officer call "I will told him my all condition after that she is asking me connection close ID which is dont know me because kolhapur office member not give me that number". I will make complaints about that in their appeliate office but they have not take any decision on that. Everyday legal officer call us and giving pressure to pay bill. I am nurvoused now on Reliance and decided to make Consumer compalint on Reliance.

Please tell me what I will do now? Reliance will take the benefit of customers understanding and their lack of knowledge. So please anybody leave away. My subscriber no. is 9372488133.
