SMS received with winning information

I received today an SMS claiming that my mobile no has won 3M USD and to confirm I need to send them an e-mail under [email protected]. A PIN number 1292 was mentioned and I was to send the email to claim the amount.

Is this a legitimiate win or a fraud attempt?
