91-044-24794109 Telephone Land line (Nerkundram Area) not working more than 3.1/2 months. Many compalints made. But there is no response at all. Eventhough tele line is underfault, BSNL kodambakkam billing department is promptly working their duties to send their bi-monthly bills to collect the amount.
Customer complaint whatever it may be, BSNL department/concern Exchange has the responsibility to inform the status of complaint to their customer.

Nothing Else.
E-mail complaints were also sent many to GM, AGM there is no reply at all.
Can any one advise what to do?
