Sir I took a connection from aircel 29th of may and i have receive a bill where my balance show -164 its mean excess payment but from 8.7.2010 my connection has been disconnect when i visit their office they told that its their technically fault and yesterday i pay them 336/- rupees but till now today my connection is disconnect. please solve my problem.
