Very poor service

Even after long back i didnt thought that it will repeat again the amt deduction is done for my new aircel no that is 9738887021 which was been happened for my old no and i have not got any update for the 1st no amt deduction. and cust care executives are misbehavour they tell to be on line for 30 sec but even after 45 minites holding the line no response call has been disconnected, what is wrong with you all pull out the call details which i have made to customer care then resolu the problem it needs to be improved lot i had good opinion about service but now never. take action on urgent basis or else it will reach to the dept******* which i made on 16-feb the last update details are as below

Amt Deduction and very poor Service

amt has been deducted without my knowledge and even the service has been cut of when i called for customer care they told me to take an duplicate sim card where the Aircel Center reject to take my documents even the same documents has been provided at the time of purchase its very very poor service if you thik its reducules kindly contact me in 9620111822 manjunath
