I am a customer of aircel sim card. When i bought the sim in Bangalore with an ID address of Chennai the local agent in a shop did not knew which all forms to be filled. Hence after some days my outgoing calls were barred. I went to a long way to arrive a customer care centre on Monday (27.06.11). I filled up new forms and submitted there. They told me that everything would be made ok within 48hrs. Today is 01.07.11, 11.15 p.m. I got no proper response from concerned persons. What sort of negligence is this. If u really want serve us by Customer CARE Centre please rectify my problem.
