Online mobile recharge not successful

Sir,

I have recharged of Rs.20 in BSNL No.9410000480 from "PAYTM" online website. but recharged was not successful. My bank balance also less. My Order No.4335530. Plz look about this matter and plz recharge my mobile balance of Rs.20 from Paytm Company.
