I have not received the balace

Dear Sir,

Please see below mail. I have recharged my vodafone mobile no. 9456567394 for Rs. 100/-. on 12-05-12 Order no. 37494588 & bank Transcation ID is 010291, but I have not received the balance till now & not return in my bank A/c or paytm A/c . please look into the matter.
