Simcard not working

DEAR SIR/ MADAM,

My aircel Number is 9551493481. My number was not working in last week from still now.

i dont know why my number not working. i had contact customer care they told id proof is wrong. then i can handed over the correct id proof on 10.05. but they are not take any action. still now my number was not working.

Pls do the needful.
