I have recharged my mob with 20 rs not received any balance on that no till today from 27 april

the status on paytm is below

27-Apr-12 36284521 Recharge of Rs20 for BSNL Prepaid number 8763720698 20 Success

Please tell me what is the real status. I dont need any recharge please return back my 20 rs.
