Aircel 3g PI recharge
Aircel 3g PI recharge not successful

I recharged Aircel Smart PI for Rs. 198 twice (Total Rs. 398) on 22 May for my Aircel No. 8553358746 using internet banking. The above amounts was deducted from my account but the recharges were not successful. I do not know why this happened. I also do not know whether I can get back the amount?
