Not proving knowdelge and inprorer way of manging account balnce

Sir,

i am gaurav dubey holding a perpaid connection of aircel in delhi . on date 15/12 they dectuted my balnace of rs 7 as dailer tone service . i never make any call realted to dailer tone or ever send a msg . when ii asked how it is activated they first time tell me this is fault of there they will refund my balance on date 23/12 .on date 25/12.they said to me u have activated that dialer tone when i asked by which mode i have activated that then they said they dont have any data, after this i tell them ok suppose i activated that they why the service is not provided to me . they said u have deactivated that service when i ask how they said we dont have any record... so sir plzzzz help me reagding this... what i do...

they disconnect my call when i call to customer care...
