Cheating the Customers

The Company is cheating the customers,

I have been requesting the company for Do Not Disturb Activation.

I have requested during June But finally they gave confirmation on Nov 15 with the Ref No: 46458367287 and also one more ref No. 1 - 846767852 dated Sep 22.

But still as of now, Jan 9. I am getting their calls and disturbing me,

They have even erased the SMS from my Sim Card that has come from their System DA-Aircel regarding the confimation of DND Service,

They are cheating and they don't have controls also,

These type of companies should be banned...
