Today I have got a miss call from 9157000111, I thought that someone of my knowing person give me this miss call, so I call back to that number. When I dialled to that number I heard that my aircel friendz zone has been activated. Then I got a sms that Rs. 30 has been deducted from my balance. Then I call to the customer care he told me that I had activated this service so it was happened.
But I really found from this behaviour that the company is deducting customer balance without any information. And I am facing problems by auto debit from this company.
Please help me in this matter and help the customer from this company.
