I have a corporate plan for 199 and i was told i will be charged 30 paise per call but they are charging 50 paise

called customercare many times but they cant even check my charges

if customercare doesnt know charges then who will

manager is never available

last month they took 3 days to activate my outgoing even after paying them online

they say since its bank holiday the outgoing was not activated

Pathetic service!!!
