Unwanted service activation without any prior concern

From last two months the company had activated friend zone service in my no 9852616867 without any prior information & also I have not give any request to activate this service.

I am fully upset by the way company is activating new services per month without any prior information and request. even customer care is not providing any solution regarding this.
