i called to 58888 to know SSC results which is Rs 7/min on may 23 yr :2010. I ended the session within 3 mins for which i was charged 32 Rs. I called to customer care.they said that only 21 rs has been deducted from my account.(my actual account was 58 rs before calling to 58888 later it got deducted to 26 rs).on same day more than 15 rs got deducted for local aircel to aircel package but it`s actual rate is 11 rs.similarly from past two days unnecessary my money was deducted for no reason.even customer care executive officers doesn`t give satisfied answer for balance deduction or else they hangup the phone. They are having worst customer care service.
