Number not activated inspite of me paying the amonut

AIRCEL: i paid my mobile bill on 11th august online and the amount is credited for them twice since i had a failure notice on my first payment..my bill is 286 for last month and i had paid 572 totally but my number is not activated yet..my number is 9842815552..and the reason they give for my deactivation is also not convincing..please take necessary action
