I had payed all the bills on or before Due date,

i had applied for the plan change before aug-17 (EOD)

since now it has not been processed even though i had paye the full amount on date

Today my outgoing calls have been barred, also i received a message to pay some un reasonable amount, ...

i need to know the reason y my number barred and y services are not provided correctly
