Tower installation not done

i m raza khan i had subscribed your global tower service for installation of aircel tower in which i

had deposited amount of rs .5000 for registration and then deposited

20000 rs. for further service (tax)

the company was in contact only upto few months, but now when i m

trying to contact them their no. get switched off and they are not

responding... plz help...
