Transfer of phone within exchange

Dear Sir,

I have given application for shifting of telephone on 02-12 from Ashok Nagar to Gandhi Nagar, both the places comes within the Musheerabad Telephone Exchange Limits. work order no. 12598256425 dated 05-12 was assigned to the said transfer of phone. After several follow ups, telephone wire was provided to my new residence at Gandhi Nagar, the address details are mentioned below and I was intimated that by evening I my telephone will be activated. Till today my phone was not activated.

There was lot of insensitiveness on the part of telephone personnel who were answering calls on phone no. 27620811 & 27620822, where I was asked to contact.

I request you to kindly look into the issue and arrange to get my phone activated.
