I purchased a airtel prepaid no. 8527216007 on 28 November form Spice Comm. (Hot -Spot) Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana. and I submitted my document then my no. was activate first time but after 5, 6 days i got a massage from airtel that please submit your document from where you purchased this no. then i submitted again my document at Spice (hot-spot) sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana. but after submitted document today 15 days past but my no. is not activate then i called to customer care, they told me that your document is not reach therefore your no. can not be activate then contact to Spice Comm. (Hot -Spot) Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana but they showed me document receiving by the airtel distributer who collect the form and told me that what ever you want to do, you can.
