Hi, i have recently taken Aircel sim, no.9716415199. I got call from Aircel regarding music tone, i said no for that but they activated it deliberately and deducted Rs 30. After complaining they refunded the amount. Again in next month they deducted Rs 15 saying music tune got auto renewal and refused for refunding. Why i should pay for which i never activated. Please help.
