My siba prasad dash having PL with Citi finance ac no 14257352.
So far I hv paid for 27 installment. This time i was not in station so ecs got retrun. within this yr collection people called 100 calls within 10 days time even I told I will pay at your branch. The branch which I hv taken load that branch is already be closed. I use to get call from 8066337000 &8030910300, 8067898400 they are also misbehaving using abuse language. Also keep on calling to mobile as well as to landline. Last One of the person call name Ronald as he says even they don't give proper information about them, So how u belive they are calling from yr bank even this probelm reported earlier so many time & spoken so may time to your excutive. This is too much.
Now I am very clear the person whom I spoken named ronald from no 8066337000 should come persnanly to my place for apllogy. Else I will be filing FIR within 24 hrs as well as I will be sending letter regd this activity to RBI also I will publish in local tamil news Paper & new chennal. Also I will filing the case at migstrate court aganst your bank.
Unless the person apology coming personally to me I will be clear any paymen also I will be giving the stop payment letter to my bank along with other legal filling copy.
Hope u will take nessary steps to avoid such circutances.
