Hi I have advised to take Aircel post paid connection and they promised me to give the gift in a month.

Now three months passed away and everyday i was in contact with customer care and also with the manager n executive who have given me the connection, they timepassed with me saying that we will give you in a day or two days. Now they have come up with saying that can not give the gift because of some reasons.

I raised the complaint to cancel the postpaid connection but they are not at all responding.

below is the email i sent to them.

Kindly Suggest me how to overcome of this.

Cancel my connection and I will not pay the bill of the last two months.

This is only because you are not giving the gift as you promised at the time of taking the connection.

I Have raised a request for this after speaking to (Ganesh - retention department, Mahesh . stores manager – 8686198900, executive 8801353001- vani, these two persons are not at all answering my call when I cal l them)

Dear Aircel team request you not to entertain with the customer in resolving the issues. When you are not in a position to handover the gifts to the customers then you are advertising yourself.

This is very very poor response and service form Aircel.

Mail says to collect the gift and the same mail is in store manager inbox (his contact number – 8686198900) but he says he don’t have the gift and contact customercare.

I don’t understand why you people are paid for when you are not responding to the customers issues…

I don’t want to continue with this connection and also the other group connections around 17 that we registered through our company because its waste of time keep on requesting your team.

I will not be paying the monthly rental for this worst service and cancel my connection.

Hi,

I have visited 4 Aircel stores but they said they did not have

any information on this. Also I have shown this email hardcopy but they said

the same thing.

Could you please let me know to whom I should contact and or to

which Aircel stores in Hyderabad I should go.

I have taken the connection through an Aircel executive Kiran -9700382082

and he assured that the gift will be given immediately after I paying the first

bill, I was in contact with him every day over phone but I didn’t get any

response from him.

Request you to look in to this asap.
