Prepaid phone deactiviated

I have been using the aircel for last 5 years, they have asked me to submit the latest address proof, as I was not in country, i could not submit it immediately. Aircel deactiviated my phone, after that I gave the address and identity proof five days before, while submitting it, they said, phone will be activiated in two days, but till now the phone was not activiated. I have sent the e-mail to customer support, the auto generated e-mail says, they will respond in a day for queries, but even after three days, I didnot get the reponse. Is it not a good proof that the aircel is one of the worst service provider and have a worst customer support. Really disappointed with the service.
