Ballance duduction however DND had been activated befor more than 60 Days

Aircell is activating services automatically from more last 4 Months. Complaint is being registered again and againg but no one is taking care of it.

I had activated DND services on 14th November. As per them it must be activated withing 45 Days however i am getting Messages and promotional call.

I have send e-mail to [email protected] [email protected] and waiting for there responce.

This is not acceptable at all.

Please help.
